Last 4 weeks: Stepped on the weighing machine. "Hmmm, seems still okay, only 0.3kg gain. 77.3kg
Last 3 weeks: Stepped on the weighing machine again. "Hmmm, seems alright, only 0.6kg gain. 77.9kg
Last 2 weeks: Stepped on the weighing machine again again. "Hmmm....1kg gain. 78.9kg
Last week: Stepped on the weighing machine again again again. "Hmmmmmmmmmm....0.6kg gain. 79.5kg
Today: Just stepped on the weighing machine. It passes the 80-kg mark. 81.1kg (with clothes on), 80.3kg (naked). Faint straight away on the spot, i have to dragged and crawled myself up to my room to post the blog.
Yes, I'm a guy who does concern about my weight, I mean who doesn't. Not because i want to look good for me being thin (well, that's one of the reason also,lol) but being an overweight being is a sad thing. You ruin your health, you ruin your image, you ruin your relationship, you ruin your whatever-things-that-can-be-ruined-for-being-FAT.
There was once i read a study/ research in one of the Men's Health magazine i bought. It said inside that fat people are seen as lazy, unsuccessful, unhealthy peaople.
So, have to get rid of that fat fast!
