What must I Become..?

Quote from Mike Ray from his leadership training, "The most appropiate question to ask yourself in this business is What Must I Become. Because in this business is about becoming."

There was a moment where a Bulb just sparkled on top of my head. Eureka! Often time when we join the business, we ask ourself what do I need to do. I was enlightened to hear the sentence "What Must I Become". I pondered a while and start to think, what do I have to become in order to be successful in this business?

What I've look the other successful associates in this business is that they are/have persistent, a leader, energetic, motivator, goal-driven, a dreamer, teachable, helpful, team-player, presentable, great listeners, great public speakers, consistent, great communication skills, sharp, Vision and the list goes on..
